Our Western Hills Apartments are located in West Ames right off of Lincoln Way and South Dakota. The studio, 1, and 2-bedroom apartments are right by two Cyride routes and are a 5-minute drive to West Hy-Vee. The complex has open parking and coin-operated laundry in each building. Units come with a dishwasher, A/C, and a storage unit. The landlord pays for gas (heat) and internet. Tenants are responsible for electricity and water/sewer only. Cats are allowed, pet fees will apply. No single undergrads.
