Fountainview Apartments are located in West Ames, just minutes from the Iowa State University campus, restaurants, and grocery stores. They offer 1 - 3 bedroom units with a washer/dryer in-unit. The landlord provides gas (heat), water/sewer, and internet. Tenants are responsible for electricity only. Starting August 1st, tenants will also be responsible for water/sewer charges.
