Fountainview Apartments are located in West Ames, just minutes from the Iowa State University campus, restaurants, and grocery stores. They offer 1 - 3 bedroom units with a washer/dryer in-unit. The landlord provides gas (heat), and internet. Tenants are responsible for electricity and water/sewer only. Pets are allowed in select units, pet fees will apply. ($250 non-refundable pet fee & $40/mo. per pet)
