Fountainview Apartments are located in West Ames just minutes away from the Iowa State University campus, restaurants, and grocery stores. They offer 1 - 3 bedroom units that come with a washer/dryer in-unit. The landlord provides gas (heat) and high-speed internet. Tenants are responsible for electricity only. Starting August 1st, tenants will also be responsible for water/sewer charges. Pets are allowed in select units, pet fees will apply. Undergrads welcome!
